Besco procures and blends raw materials for the manufacture of superabrasives, and has established a rigorous quality control system covering everything from material procurement to each production process. Besco produces polycrystalline diamond, monocrystalline diamond and CBN abrasives. We offer a lineup of mesh standard and micron-size standard abrasive grains.
We also offer various chemical coating treatments for each abrasive grain type, according to customer requirements. Besco has proprietary coating technologies, enabling us to deliver the best possible coating products to our customers.
Available coats include nickel, titanium, copper, and nickel-titanium double coating products.

We produce solid type PCBN manufactured in-house using high-quality CBN powders. By using internally manufactured abrasive grains, we are able to provide customers with stable quality products at competitive prices. PCBN (polycrystalline cubic boron nitride) has high chemical stability and does not cause chemical reactions with black metals even at high temperatures, enabling it to be used in a wide range of machining areas.
