In developing relationships with export customers and import source factories, we make full use of our network to select companies that meet the needs of our business partners and narrow down the list of promising companies. During actual selection, representatives from our local bases visit directly and provide detailed information, along with their own first-hand opinions. Even after trading begins, local base employees and our sales representatives conduct both regular and irregular visits as needed, and cooperate to ensure that stable transactions can continue. We act as a bridge between Chinese companies / factories and Japanese companies to support the smooth start-up and growth of new businesses.

Each of our bases in China has local staff who are fluent in Japanese, and our domestic sales department in Japan also has many employees who can speak Chinese, and have a deep understanding of China. We exchange information closely between our local bases and domestic sales department, and our whole organization maintains a high level of communication skills for communicating with China.

In addition to importing parts procured in China for use in Japan, we can also carry out pick-up and cargo handling operations at local bases before shipping to customer bases around the world. We utilize the functions of our local bases to support our customers' sales promotion activities by selling product inventory exported to China in the Chinese market. We can also support the installation of equipment exported to China from beginning to end via our local bases.
